Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. For peace of mind, products purchased from KitesurfGoldCoast.com can be returned (at the buyers expense) for exchange on another item stocked. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order... you could understand if we accidentially listed a $500 kite for $50 right?
If we have sold out or are unable to complete your order a member of the team will contact you via phone or email to discuss alternative options. If we are unable to supply you we will refund your money in full.

Kitesurf Gold Coast operates all Kitesurf & Windsurf lessons subject to suitable wind & weather conditions. wind & weather conditions will be confirmed with the student between 8am - 10am the morning of the lesson.
Pre purchased Lesson vouchers and Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Vouchers may be transferred to another person within the validity period. Details fo the transfer must be given to Kitesurf & Windsurf Gold Coast in writing.
To participate in a kitesurf or windsurf lesson you must be a proficent swimmer. You do not need to know how to surf.
If lessons are cancelled and you have a pre paid lesson voucher or gift voucher Kitesurf Gold Coast will rebook your lesson for the next available date for both parties within the validity period.
Students who no show for booked lessons will be charged 100% cancellation fee. Changes may be made up until the day prior to the lesson.
Gift Vouchers lost or stolen can not be replaced by Kitesurf Gold Coast.
Information in the site is subject to change without notice. If we decide to change our terms and conditions, we will post those changes on this page.

Please Note - Kitesurf & Windsurf Gold Coast will be closed from 01 June 2008 until 30 June 2008. We have been operating 7days a week since 1999 and are going to take a well deserved break. We apologise for any inconvienece and look forward to seeing you upon reopening.
